Services description
Outreaches provides automated multichannel outreach sales and lead generation services, including:
- Lead generation and prospect research
- Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach campaigns
- Sales consulting and process optimization
- Pipeline development and automation
- Sales analytics and reporting
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use our services only for lawful business purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
You agree not to:
- Use our services for spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your account access with unauthorized parties
Payment terms
Billing
- Monthly billing cycle
- Payment due within 30 days
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
Cancellation
- 30-day notice required
- No refunds for partial months
- Data export available upon request
Limitations of liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Third-party actions or decisions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Warsaw, Poland.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
